Terms of Service for Apex Inbox.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Apex Inbox ("the Service"), operated by Apex Digital ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using Apex Inbox you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately at support@apexdigi.org if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You grant Apex Inbox permission to access your Gmail account via Google OAuth solely to provide the features described on our website. You may revoke this permission at any time from your Google Account settings or from the Settings page within Apex Inbox.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or harassing messages
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or prompts
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
  • Share your account credentials with others or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

4. Subscription and Billing

Apex Inbox offers paid subscription plans. Billing is processed through our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Free trials, where offered, do not require a credit card and provide access to the selected plan's features for the stated duration. After the trial ends, continued use requires a paid subscription.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods except where required by applicable law.

6. AI-Generated Content

The AI draft replies and summaries generated by Apex Inbox are provided as suggestions only. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before sending it. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APEX DIGITAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Apex Digital and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
